Research Use Disclaimer
All products supplied by Auswide Peptides are sold strictly for legitimate in-vitro scientific research purposes only.
Products supplied by Auswide Peptides are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, or any other regulatory authority, for human or veterinary therapeutic use. They are not supplied as medicines, foods, supplements, cosmetics, diagnostic products, or products for administration to humans or animals.
Products must not be:
- Administered to humans or animals
- Used for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, nutritional, or performance-enhancing purposes
- Used as food additives, supplements, or cosmetic ingredients
- Resold, redistributed, or supplied to third parties without prior written permission from Auswide Peptides
- Used for any purpose other than lawful scientific research
By placing an order, the buyer represents and warrants that they are purchasing for a legitimate research purpose, are appropriately authorised to acquire and handle the products, and will comply with all applicable Commonwealth, state, territory, and local laws.
Auswide Peptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or request further information about any order where the intended use appears inconsistent with legitimate scientific research.
Terms of Sale
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Auswide Peptides and availability of stock.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the order may be inconsistent with lawful scientific research use, local regulatory requirements, or these Terms of Sale.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
Prices, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is completed.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. Auswide Peptides does not store full credit card or payment card details.
All checkout transactions are protected using secure encryption technology.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability and order review.
Dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, stock checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk & Title
Title in the products passes to the buyer once full payment has been received.
Risk passes to the buyer on delivery, or otherwise as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the buyer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping Policy
Auswide Peptides ships within Australia and to selected international destinations.
All Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post unless otherwise stated at checkout. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Free Express Post applies to Australian orders over $150 AUD. Orders below this amount are charged at the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
International shipping availability, carriers, delivery timeframes, and charges vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where available.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be lawfully imported, possessed, and used for research purposes in their destination country. Auswide Peptides is not responsible for customs delays, import refusals, duties, taxes, or regulatory action caused by the buyer’s failure to comply with local laws.
Orders are packed securely for transit. Lyophilised peptides are generally stable at ambient temperatures for short transit periods. We recommend storing products appropriately as soon as they are received.
Auswide Peptides is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information supplied by the buyer, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemical products, Auswide Peptides does not accept returns for change of mind, opened products, used products, or products that have left the buyer’s control where product integrity can no longer be verified.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact orders@auswidepeptideslabs.com within 48 hours of receipt where possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Auswide Peptides is not required to provide a remedy where the issue was caused by incorrect storage, mishandling, misuse, unauthorised use, or use contrary to our research-use-only terms.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. We do not collect or store payment card information.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and maintain records required by law. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third parties
We share your delivery address with Australia Post for the purpose of dispatching your order. We use a secure payment processor to handle transactions — this processor receives payment details but Auswide Peptides does not retain them.
Your rights
